How the math works
Monthly holdover = base × multiplier. Total = monthly × months. Premium = (monthly − base) × months.
On $12k base rent at 150% multiplier over 3 months: $54k total rent, $18k premium above base. Enforce holdover rent via proper invoicing — some tenants assume month-to-month continues at base. Post-expiration invoices must reflect multiplier.
